Terms of Service

01Who we are

TeleHost C.A. provides infrastructure, communications, and software services (including, among others: hosting, control panels, domains, TeleHUB, TeleChat, maps, and automation) from Barinas, Venezuela, operating on its own infrastructure and necessary third-party providers.

02Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract (legal age of majority, or valid authority to represent a company). If you accept on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind it. If you do not, you are personally liable.

03Accounts and security

Certain services require you to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your credentials. We recommend changing your password at reasonable intervals. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

04Services and availability

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the services available. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network failures, attacks, force majeure, or third-party dependencies (including Meta for WhatsApp services). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

05Payments and billing

Prices and terms are those in effect at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through the methods we publish. Some methods (for example, digital assets) may operate through external providers. Applicable taxes are borne as required by law. Unless otherwise stated, subscription charges are billed in advance; refund policies are those of the specific product or offer.

06WhatsApp Business and Meta tech provider role

When you purchase TeleChat or WhatsApp Business onboarding through TeleHost:

• TeleHost acts as a Meta tech provider and as the technical service provider.
• We process WhatsApp Business Solution data solely to deliver the service to you and in accordance with your instructions.
• We do not sell that data or build profiles of WhatsApp end users for our own advertising.
• You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business, Commerce, and messaging policies, and you are responsible for your content and for obtaining consent from your recipients.
• Meta may approve, reject, or suspend templates, numbers, or accounts under its rules.
• When the service ends, we will assist you with portability or unlinking of your WhatsApp Business account in accordance with Meta, within up to 30 days of a valid request, via support and Meta’s process (details in the Privacy Policy).

07Acceptable use

You must not use the services for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, social engineering to steal data, unsolicited bulk messaging, compromising security or third-party rights, or circumventing technical limits. We may suspend or restrict access for serious breaches or security risks, notifying you when it is reasonable to do so.

08Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights: privacidad@telehost.net or soporte@telehost.net.

09Intellectual property

The TeleHost website, software, trademarks, and design belong to TeleHost C.A. or its licensors. Your content and business data remain yours, subject to the license we need to operate the service.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TeleHost is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by third parties (including Meta), by misuse, by compromised credentials, or by integrations you connect. Total liability for a given service is generally limited to amounts paid for that service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, except in cases of willful misconduct or as otherwise required by law.

11Changes

We may update these Terms. We will publish the update date. If a change is material, we will notify you via the website or email when it is reasonable to do so. Continued use constitutes acceptance, unless law requires other consent.

12Governing law and contact

These Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Venezuela, without prejudice to mandatory rules of your jurisdiction.
